turn off notifications

You will automatically receive emails when you place a bid and when you are outbid.

(Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails.)

You can turn off these notifications.

1a: Change your account settings

Go to “My account” in the upper-right corner of the main auction page and click on “Notifications.”

1b: Customize notifications

The auction site will automatically send you email notifications to:

  • confirm you placed a bid

  • let you know you’ve been outbid

You can turn these notifications off by unchecking these boxes.

You may want to consider turning off these email notifications (they can quickly become inundating). If you turn off notifications in mind you won’t see if you’re outbid.
