When the auction ends, you will receive confirmation if you placed the winning bid. Be on the lookout for an email from “AirAuctioneer.” You may have to check your spam folder.

The email confirming your winning bid(s) will include a link to your newly created “cart.” Clicking on this link will take you to our payment partner, Stripe. This is when you provide your credit card information for payment.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from AirAuctioneer with the FMV of item(s) and the amount(s) of your winning bid(s). This email will outline how we will deliver your item(s). For some items we will email you a code or mail you gift cards. For larger items, including wine, we will contact you to coordinate in-person delivery. Our team of volunteers will do our very best to make delivery as easy as possible.

You will also receive an email receipt from Invest in Youth via Stripe that your payment was successfully processed.

Tax deduction information

Please consult your tax advisor for specific information regarding potential tax deductions.

The email confirming your winning bid(s) will include the fair market value for each item and along with the corresponding amount(s) of each winning bid.
