Georgetown Brewing: A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley and their unique yeast give their ales a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit.
Home Bites: A fusion taco bar! Featuring your choice of fillings including Ethiopian doro wat chicken, Mexican carnitas or Argentinian steak with chimichurri — and for vegetarians, Moroccan-inspired roasted mixed vegetables and South-African chakalaka.
Saffron Grill: Classic yet inventive North Indian and Mediterranean fusion dishes are re-inspired for the Northwest. Saffron Grill returns with their popular chicken tikka, hummus and vegetable pakoras.
